The
Kinder Institute of Life Planning organized
a 3 Day Residential Program by Mary Zimmerman on Seven
Stages of Money Maturity. This was successfully attempted and completed by Mr. Nilesh Bajaj.
The workshop lasted 3 days from, 10th September, 2015 to 12th September, 2015. This whole program was organized by The Network of Personal Finance Professionals.
The Kinder
Institute trains and coaches financial
advisors worldwide in a method called Financial
Life Planning. This method is based on the premise that advisors should first discover a client’s
most essential goals in life before formulating a financial plan, so a
client’s finances fully support those goals.
This may sound elementary but few of us
spontaneously undertake a thoughtful inquiry into our deepest and most enduring
values and objectives. Traditionally financial advisors have focused on the
numbers budgeting, investments, taxes, or insurance without exploring the
broader context.
The financial advisors
are trained to ask such questions and, just as important, listen to the answers
of the client. The financial adivsors therefore, become partners with the
client in clarifying and achieving the most meaningful and deeply felt
aspirations of the person or client.
The Kinder Institute calls it Life Planning because what’s really important
isn’t your money, it’s your life.
